As first reported by the Wall Street Journal, Tiger Woods' new ad for Nike is all set to be broadcast, so it's virtually certain we'll see it plenty during the Masters.
One advertising man is down on the Swoosh-clad Woods staring silently into the camera while you hear the voice of his late father Earl.
The spot is "creepy," says Ernest Lupinacci, a former creative director for Nike advertising. Still, Nike's decision to stand by Woods will prove to be "a very smart, strategic move," he predicts. "The spot... will inspire conversation and debate."
Meantime, late-night comic Jimmy Kimmel lampooned the commercial by showing a mock version with Woods' mother Kultida Woods yelling at him.
